I'm currently a Post Doctoral Fellow at Ben Gurion University working with Hagit Benbaji (Spring 2018), and next year (2018-2019) I will be a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Edelstein Center (Hebrew University). I was a visiting lecturer at Semmelweis University for one semester (Fall 2017) and an Instructor of Philosophy at Bilkent University (2016-2017). Before that I was a graduate student at the University of Miami. I also studied in Germany and in Israel.
My main research areas are metaphysics, especially personal identity, and philosophy of mind, with a special focus on bodily awareness and situated cognition. My newest project, which examines moods, deals with issues at the intersection of bioethics, psychopathology and phenomenology. I also have a few side interests, e.g. disability studies, applied ethics, and feminist philosophy.
